Post: ICT Platform Support Engineer
Salary: SO1 – PO1 (£33,915 - £40,950)
Hours: 37 hours per week

A variety of digital channels will allow the public to communicate with us in new ways, to report crime and to carry out routine transactions.
Applications are invited for the post of ICT Platform Support Engineer, primarily supporting the management of security threats, vulnerabilities and emerging risks, operating required controls, measures, and mitigations to protect the organisations systems and information.
We are looking for candidates to demonstrate their commitment and focus on providing efficient and effective ICT services ensuring best practice frameworks are followed. Educated to HNC or degree level or possess equivalent ICT experience with an understanding of the ITIL principles for Service Delivery and a demonstrable knowledge of vulnerability management tools.
