37 hours per week – based in the Community Safety Hub
1 year fixed term contract
The Office
of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) is looking for an experienced, motivated
and organised team player who is passionate about providing excellent customer
service to the public.
The Community Hub team are at the heart of all the activities undertaken by the OPCC and also provide direct support to the Police and Crime Commissioner and the senior management team.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Pro-actively planning, co-ordinating and administrating a range of meetings, events and activities
- Taking calls from the public, greeting visitors and managing enquiries in line with standards
- Providing a central point of information for the PCC and OPCC
- Undertaking research and gather information to support reports and projects
- Developing excellent working relationships with Cleveland Police and partners on local, regional and national levels
