Deputy Chief Constable Familiarisation Event

The Chief Constable of Cleveland Police will be launching a search for the role of Deputy Chief Constable on the Monday 23rd June 2025.
To support this process, we are hosting an Deputy Chief Constable Familiarisation Event at Cleveland Police Headquarters. This event will feature an introduction from our Chief Officer team, followed by a presentation from the HR Recruitment team, providing detailed information about the recruitment process.

- Application Period: Applications open Monday 23rd June 2025 and will close on Monday 14th July 2025.
- Familiarisation Event Registration: Click the ‘Apply’ button below to register. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration.

- Expected interview dates: Stakeholder Panel Interviews will take place 28th July with Appointment Panel Interviews being held the following day on 29th July.
Applications for this process are invited from current Deputy Chief Constables ready for a new challenge or from experienced Assistant Chief Constables for the post of Deputy Chief Constable in Cleveland Police. We are not accepting re-joiner applications for this process.
