Applications are invited for the position of Reward and
Management Information Analyst within the People and Development Department.
With the purpose of providing a reward and
recognition service to the Force ensuring that reporting is timely under the
direction of the HR Planning and Services Manager and to provide management to
a team of assistants and direct work accordingly.
The successful candidate will
provide a reporting function to the Force with the main focus being around HR
data. To identify, research and analyse known and emerging HR threats, issues
and trends for the department and organisation.
A significant level of experience in use of data mining
tools and other relevant computer based information and analysis systems (e.g.
Power BI, MS Query, Excel or similar products) is a must as the successful
individual will need to research, collate, manipulate, analyse and interpret
data from a wide range of sources including computerised and manual record
systems.
